The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Perform general duties as part of the Project Controls department for a $multi-million North Slope Development project.
Ideally proficient in both planning (Primavera P6) and Cost Control although greater experience in one or other discipline is acceptable since will be part of an integrated team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to working practices as directed by Project Controls Manager more important than lengthy experience.
Strong work ethic, reliability and mature behavior is of paramount importance.
Experience and understanding of the use of databases, both enterprise (e.g. SAP, P6) and bespoke (e.g. MS Access, SQL Server) would be an advantage.
Experience and understanding of Contract Administration would be an advantage (agreement of monthly payments with contractors, Change Orders, Correspondence, Cost Forecasting and trending etc.)

Position is based in Anchorage with potential short term trips to North Slope possible.

Proficiency in MS Office Professional, SharePoint, SAP and ability to learn other applications is important.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Must have at least 3-5 years of working experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Oil and gas experience.
Bachelor's Degree
