The Role:
Responsible for the management and administration of all Cameron LNG Project Control documents including project schedule, scope control, budgets cost curves, Contractor’s costs and calendars, special projects including Joint Ventures. Work with Project Managers, Engineers, and Principals to understand the information requirements of construction projects as well as developing the mechanisms for tracking contract deliverables as required by the scope of construction. Implements programs, policies, and standards developed to effectively maintain project control requirements. This individual is expected to pursue some self-directed development and will be asked to conduct a wide variety of tasks related to project execution tasks.

******************************Initially this position will be located in Houston and will transition to the construction site in Hackberry, LA.***************************************

50% - Project Control Information Management
• Support strategies that optimize the storage of physical project control documents when required.
• Implement an overall document control strategy established by project requirements and contractual obligations.
• Maintain a consistent record and document storage pertaining to the tracking of costs, EPC deliverables, budgets and schedules pertaining to various LNG development and construction projects.
• Maintain appropriate SharePoint libraries, document management repositories and other document storage locations to ensure LNG Project data is logically organized and easily retrievable.
• Assists the Project Controls Manager with cost and budget controls
• Work with Contractors and vendors to collect and track required documents as required by contract agreements.
• Provide visibility to interface activities between contractors and Cameron LNG relating to all phases of the construction projects. 35% - Track and Report on Project Activities
• Provide visibility to project schedules and costs as they occur during the engineering, design and execution of construction projects;
• Maintain project data using Primavera software, Excel, Word, and corporate document management systems.
• Become familiar with contractors project management tools, to facility an information exchange processes.
• Prepare various project reports using a mix of systems and software.
• Store documents in the appropriate Cameron LNG electronic repository as they are received from suppliers, vendors and contractors.
• Generate effective reports that provide management with clear and concise status of project tasks and costs.
• Maintain a level of confidentiality for the control of project activities and scheduled task.
• Manage the frequent communication between stakeholders as appropriate.
• Manage correspondence between all project principles using various communication tools.
• Involved in commission process by tracking, maintaining, and publishing test results.
• Search and/or browse various document management systems to find and download information for reporting purposes 15% - Policies and Procedures
• Develop and carry out objectives, policies, and tactics that provide appropriate access control of all information in accordance with company document management initiatives and management directives.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures as they pertain to Project management.
• Actively involved in all project phases from design to project turnover.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience with information systems, document management systems and/or library science.
3-7 years of relevant project control coordination experience. Uploading, downloading, scanning, migrating or otherwise maintaining documents and data from multiple media or systems. 2 years of managing engineering, construction and other technical documents, and is familiar with technical terms and acronyms used in the Energy Industry.

• Knowledge and proven application of multi-user project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• General knowledge of and experience working with Engineering, Procurement and Construction projects.
• Ability to develop business planning with users to identify document management requirements.
• Ability to create reports using Excel, Word and PowerPoint that display technical data.
