The Company:
Our Company is a powerful new oil & gas production and development company, has been formed from the demerged North Sea interests of joint venture. Our company assets have been contributed by both firms on a debt free basis. We are a focused independent company

The Role:
•Coordinate the compilation of weekly and monthly reports for the Developments and Facilities team
•Raise and track requisitions using the company procurement system
•Coordinate and assist management of internal and external meetings/workshops –
scheduling, minute taking and distribution
•Maintain a robust electronic filing structure in line with engineering requirements
•Focal point for all filing systems; Electronic, Paper and Drawings
•Maintenance of assigned databases and systems
•Maintenance of Personnel diary management, holiday tracker and contact list
•Creation of clear and accurate reports, documents and presentations
•Organisation of desks/IT/inductions for all new starts
•Coordinate delivery of documentation from our engineering contractor to the
appropriate internal staff
•Organise on and offsite meetings
•Assist in the preparation of call off orders and service orders
•Provide general administration assistance as and when required

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Educated to Higher level or equivalent

Interpersonal

•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner
•Excellent organisation and time management skills
•Enthusiastic and friendly with a can do attitude

Skills

•Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel (advanced), outlook, word, project, access, Visio
•Ability to work under the direction of other team members
•Demonstrable ability to deliver and work to tight deadlines
•Ability to contribute to the team but equally work on own initiative

Experience

•Demonstrable administration experience in a support and delivery environment
•Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable
•Basic understanding of planning and document control
