The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
• Assist Lead Environmental Adviser - Marine to actively manage the monitoring Contractor. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and to the desired quality standard. Ensure that all projects meet performance quality, safety and environmental objectives
• Provide general administration support to the environment team , particularly the marine environment team, for delivery of the scope of works for the project
• Manage, forecast and assist with the tracking of project and contractor milestones
• Manage, forecast, monitor, control and report on project financial performance. Monitor actual costs against approved costs to ensure there is no over-expenditure in project costs.
• Implementing and administering the cost control process
• Ensuring the issue of timely and accurate activity and cost reports which demonstrate the relationships between actual and predicted project activity and costs
• Manage the expenditure of project budgets and prepare associated monthly financial summary reports
• Work closely with Contractors to track project budgets both internally and externally.
• Provide other project management support as requested by both the Lead and Senior Environmental Advisors on project environment activities.
• Appropriately Accredited
• Organized with attention to detail
• Self - motivated
• Proactively adhere to and promote the Client/Company workplace values and behaviours exercising tolerance and respect for diversity.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or relevant experience in project and administration management
• A good understanding of cost work breakdown structures, subcontractor terms and scope and forecasting of costs
• Attention to detail
• Excellent administration and organizational skills
• Sound understanding of environmental science
• Sound understanding of project management and financial tracking
• Experience in project management for large scale environment projects.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Project management
