The Company:
Our client is a leading global provider of technology solutions for the energy industry.

The Role:
RESPONSIBILITY:

•To take all reasonable care during the performance of their work for the Health and Safety of themselves and others affected by their acts or omissions. To co-operate fully with Company, regulatory authorities and/or third parties to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.
•Demonstrate behaviour consistent with Company vision and core values.
•To assist project managers in the co-ordination of project activities from inception to realisation.
•Assist Project Manager with preparing and up-dating of project financial budgets and monitoring performance i.e. bid vs. actual, variation orders etc.
•Monitoring and maintenance of equipment, project personnel and overall delivery schedules.
•Ensuring project documentation and files are maintained in line with company procedures.
•Liaising with Purchasing, Q.A., Finance, Workshop, and documentation control departments.
•Any other project related tasks deemed necessary to meet project objectives.

MAIN TASKS:

•To assist Project Manager in ensuring that project objectives are met on time and to the specified cost and quality.
•Prepare monthly invoices with all relevant backup documentation.
•Effective planning and management of on-shore and off-shore customer projects via FKSL multi-discipline teams.
•Planning of the work in conjunction with the Project Manager, customer and customer requirements.
•Management of the ‘scope of work’ within FKSL.
•Identification of deviations to agreed work scopes and variation order submission thereafter.
•Good understanding of contract execution, commercial awareness requirements that could affect the performance of the project.
•Reporting deviations to Project Manager.
•Financial awareness with respect to project activities and their cost impacts.
•Ensuring that project documentation and files are maintained in line with company procedures and key index filing system, including SAP well files.
•System generation and monitoring of all project related SAP activities.
•On-call duties in accordance with base on-call rota procedure.
•Status reporting of all project matters to the Project manager.
•Process requests for miscellaneous spare sales for EWWD inventory, quote through to delivery, in support of the materials function.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Relevant experience gained within the oil and gas / similar industry.
•Commercial and contractual awareness
•Strong interpersonal & organisational skills
•Good working knowledge of SAP.
