The Company:
Our Client is a Leading Global Operator in the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Role:
A Project Co-ordinator is required to assist the Research and Development team in delivering an exciting Enhanced Oil Recovery technology. This is a contract role from June to December 2014, with possible extension thereafter.

•Provide project coordination assistance to Project Leader and Single Point Accountable staff on a key R&D project
•Organise project reporting procedures
•Maintain and prepare progress reports on bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
•Support key project meetings: take minutes, capture actions and upload on SharePoint
•Review and update the decision and action logs in all key meetings.
•Maintain project stakeholder map. Organise meetings with stakeholders based on engagement plan
•Review and update project resource allocation spread sheet.
•Champion the project document management system – including up-loading documents, auditing the SharePoint site, and ensuring the structure/process is being followed by the team.
•Maintain and improve document templates
•Provide a planning and tracking service for all documentation including the preparation of important documents and presentations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Skilled in project co-ordination and adminstration
•Working knowledge of project management processes
•Works well in multi-disciplinary team
•Good communications skills
•Proficient in MS-Project, Powerpoint, Excel
