The Role:
The Project Coordinator / Leader - Aftermarket will oversee the processing of orders originating in SEAP. This role will primarily involve data entry on a large scale but will also require follow-up with sites to ensure that orders are filled in both an accurate and timely fashion. In addition, the Project Leader - Aftermarket will need to organize kick-off reviews, establish a project timeline, and monitor the project’s cost, quality and delivery when applicable. This position requires the candidate’s ability to effectively build relationships with the Inside and Outside Sales teams, as well as with the Centres of Excellence, to ensure that IMI CCI is delivering the products and services required to be a successful partner for our customers in the region. SEAP is a high growth territory for the Asia region.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Sending order acknowledgement to customers.
- Placing inter-company orders to IMI CCI manufacturing sites and updating IMI CCI’s global reporting system for bookings (metrics).
- Scheduling project kick-off reviews (aka Customer Order Review Boards) to identify open issues, validate the project GM, assign follow-up actions, and establish a clear project
plan.
- Ensuring all orders are executed promptly to customer requirements, while controlling cost, quality and delivery as they relate to the orders.
- Actively leading any required follow-up to troubleshoot processing issues as and when they arise.
- Developing contingency plans as needed to proactively address and anticipate customer issues.
- Clearly communicating with the customers re: any changes to orders, site inspection schedules, non-conformance management items, delivery issues, etc.
- Assisting in tracking project GMs, change order management, and those projects considered to be at risk of delay or cancellat

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- More than 5 years’ experience in a similar position or organization
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Engineering or a related discipline, and preferably with PMP qualifications.
- Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Independent, stress-tolerant, goal-oriented and able to multitask
- Trustworthy, diligent & communicative, with effective time-management skills.
- Teamwork skills to forge relationships with the related project teams
- Experience within the energy and/or manufacturing industry (preferred)
- Knowledge of or familiarity with SAP (preferred)
