The Company:
Our client is a Major Oil & Gas Operator

The Role:
Module Delivery Manager
Lead, manage and coordinate the Module Delivery Team.
Lead, on behalf of Logistics, all things associated with the movement of Modules, including technical and contractual interfaces with Engineering, Fabrication, and Construction.
Manage the primary contracts associated with the movement of Modules/PARs from fabrication yards to site (Ocean Shipping Contract, Transhipment Base Contract, Russian Inland Waterway Contract, Caspian shipping Contract, Land Module Transport).

• Commits to, champions, and leads in ensuring that all logistics activity is conducted in such a manner as to ensure the protection of the environment, as well as the lives and health of all persons, either directly or indirectly, associated with the delivery of the Project.
• Provision of day-to-day management and leadership to all members of the Module Delivery Team
• Planning, management, and delivery of the Land Transportation Contract and Contractor.
• Planning, management, and delivery of the Marine Transportation Contracts (Ocean/TSBs/RIWS/Caspian) and Contractors.
• Planning, management, and delivery of the Marine Warranty Surveyor Contract and Contractor.
• Planning, management, and delivery of the barge/vessel fabrication program.
• Support the Project Logistics Manager in the implementation of execution plans and management of the Project Logistics SOW.
• Coordination, management, and early engagement of Engineering processes to ensure that final designs are compatible with selected transportation strategies.
• Coordination and interface management with both Fabrication and Construction groups to ensure that an aligned and cohesive interface strategy is developed and executed.
• Coordination and interface management with all elements of the Supply Chain Management group (including Logistics) to ensure that a holistic, aligned, and cohesive strategy is developed and executed.
• Establishment, set-up, and management of key Project operational bases and infrastructure (i.e. Transhipment Bases, Cargo Offloading Facility, Module Haul Road etc.).
• Provide technical support to the CaTRo Delivery Team.
• Ensure that the safest systems of work are selected, developed, implemented, and managed for all phases of the Project.
• In addition to managing the risk and/or risk mitigation plans that have been allocated by the Logistics Risk Manager, review Logistics activity within own scopes in order to identify new risks, allow closure of existing risks, and support the mitigation/contingency planning process.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Extensive experience in Oil & Gas
Senior management Experience
Knowledge of Russian and/or Caspian Region
Must be eligible to work in the UK
This role is based in the Surrey/Hampshire area
