Is a leading Automotive manufacturer with a reputation for outstanding quality the world over. With demand increasing and an upturn in production, there is a need to bring further skills into the business to deliver on current and future projects.

The Role:
MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

This role is responsible for the coordination of the global Retail CI Program as part of the roll out of the new Retail Corporate Identity. Providing support to the Retail CI Manager and regional managers on both a program level and individual project basis. The new Retail Corporate Identity Program is a key element of the SUV readiness for our global retailer network.

RESPONSIBILITY/TASKS

 Day to day coordination of global retail CI Program suppliers to include;
 Quotation & Proforma Requests
 Installation Dates
 Change Process
 Maintaining project trackers
 Liaison with regional franchise managers and suppliers on an individual project basis
 Supporting regional franchise managers with completion of documentation.
 Ensuring all required documentation is recorded and logged to adhere to audit requirements.
 Support Retail CI Manager with weekly supplier update meetings;
 Coordination and distribution of agenda
 Coordination and distribution of meeting minutes
 Follow up on next steps and outstanding points
 Maintain log of all outstanding issues and proposed resolution
 Track associated project KPIs and produce monthly project status updates.

KEY COMPETENCIES & SKILLS

 Demonstrable experience of working with external suppliers
 Demonstrable project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, organize, prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently
 Process orientated individual, with an understanding of core business processes.
 Ability to self-start, demonstrate proactivity and take initiative
 International experience preferred but not essential
 Collaborative working style with a strong focus on team working
 Good communication skills across all levels of the business
 Demonstrable understanding of technical plans and drawings

QUALIFICATIONS

 Project management qualification beneficial
 Confident in using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint

 Office based, in Middlewich.
