The Company:
Large, international EPCM.

The Role:
The Project Director is accountable for any combination of an engineering, procurement, construction and/or maintenance project. The primary responsibilities of the Project Director are:

Establishing an execution framework on the project that complies with the contract and
ensures the safety, quality, value, timeliness, and Company profitability of the completed
project.
Executing all aspects of the total project in accordance with the scope of the contract.
Emphasizing safety throughout all phases of the project.
Implementing the requirements of the OSR and applicable OSIP on each project.
Delivery of the project in accordance with the Project Baseline.
Meeting the as-sold profitability target established in the Project Baseline.
Providing project leadership and establishing an execution framework to ensure the
quality, value, timeliness, and profitability of the total project execution (EPCM,
startup, and operations).
Mentoring project personnel.
Managing client relations and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Maximizing workshare opportunities.
Documenting project status monthly and in final close-out report.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Basic Job Requirements

A minimum of twenty (20) years experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
A minimum of ten (10) years Project Management experience in pipeline projects.
A record of successful performance as a Project Manager on lump sum EPC pipeline projects.
A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or another technical field from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
