The Company:
A multinational oil & gas company that established in Indonesia is looking a potential candidate for Project Director

The Role:
Projects:
• Sangatta:
- Construction of a 75,000m3 receiving terminal for gasoil in Sangatta, East Kalimantan.
- A joint venture between The Company and an Indonesian partner.
- Construction period of 18 months starting January 2014.
• Banjarmasin:
- Development of a floating storage and construction of a truck loading facility in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan
- A joint venture between The Company and another Indonesian partner.
- Development and construction period of 10 months starting Nov 2013.
• Other Indonesian projects as assigned by the Terminals & Supply Chain Development Manager.

Contract term:
• 1 to 2 years


Roles and Responsibilities:
• Represent The Company as secondee in its Joint Ventures.
• Support planning and project management of new terminals.
• Overview and monitor projects for cost effective, timely and safe execution.
• Ensure that terminals are designed and built to high safety and quality standards and compliance with relevant codes and legislation.
• Oversee the implementation of best practice technical standards in terminals.
• Ensure delivery of projects, meeting its defined scope, quality, schedule and budget.
• Manage relationships with JV employees and third parties including EPC contractors, consultants, infrastructure providers, authorities and commercial counterparties
• Establish and implement appropriate project governance and risk management processes on these projects.
• Achieve zero LTI during the construction of the terminal.
• Coordinate with operation personnel in commissioning and handover.
• Report to Terminals & Supply Chain Development Manager in Singapore.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Engineering
• Project management experience
• Experience in tank terminal operations preferred.
• Good understanding of industry best practices, Engineering codes and standards.
• Holder Indonesia Citizenship

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Prospect of direct employment by The Company after the initial contract term.
• Based in Jakarta with 50% travelling to Kalimantan and other parts of Indonesia
