The Role:
Responsibilities / essential functions of the job:

•Perform Data Profiling Analysis, comparing against existing drawings in the repository.
•Work with technical resources and project members to define the data validation rules and remediation activities.
•Loading and cataloguing the drawings into the Drawing Management System, ProjectWisewor by drawing type, criticality and defect type.
•Perform minor system error fixes on drawings, e.g re-linking of reference files
•Maintain and update the Drawing Management System and project control documentation appropriately during the cleanup stages.
•Issuing and expediting drafting work to third party companies and updating project control documentation and Drawing Management System.
•Attending weekly and Monthly meetings and up-date action lists and reports.


•The position receives guidance from the Drawing Data Integrity Project Manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•A proven experience of Document Control within the oil and gas industry or a similar role.
•Engineering Data Management
•Sound knowledge of DRM management systems and processes.
•Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and a track record in delivering results.
•Accuracy and attention to detail.
•Excellent organisational skills
•Requires minimum supervision.
•Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate efficiently across all levels of the organisation.
•Commitment to core values.
•Keyboard literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Word.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
•Sound knowledge of Document Control Practices and familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems with Web based information delivery interfaces.
•Experience of ProjectWise V8i, Sharepoint 2007 and Livelink would be advantageous as the company centres its’ content management strategy around these applications.
•Experience of Autocad, Microstation and Photoshop would be advantageous.
