The Role:
Key accountabilities

• Review and understand existing document management procedure and process for AGT Region
• Audit existing status and content in Hard Copy Library (Company contractors, vendors, third parties) and technical documentation submitted in electronic and hard copy as required.
• Create a register of all existing hard and electronic copy documents
• Develop within Documentum the structure and control requirements to manage the documentation.
• Scan the hard copy documents and locate in electronic format in Document Mgmt system.
• Carry out periodic audits of document entry to ensure integrity of documentation in Documentum, locate, and resolve errors/anomalies.
• Input documents into Document Mgmt system as required in line with document management procedure.
• Provide weekly activities report to Project Lead
• Participate and input on project meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Document management experience (Proficiency in the above noted responsibilities)
• Good knowledge of technical document management systems & processes
• Good team working and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure upon workload
• University Degree
• Good Computer Skills: MS Office family
