My client is a dynamic, specialist subsea contractor for the Oil & Gas industry. With offices all around the world from Europe, America, Asia to Africa they deliver expertise to projects of all sizes and Scope.

The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Documentation Assistant to support the document Controller to ensure delivery of all project documentation. This person will be involved in all aspects of documentation such as reporting, planning, systems and document control, compliance and regulatory requirements and to meet growing internal and external requirements.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Job Description
• Develop improved techniques for the control of documents using computer database/spreadsheets/document storage system’s (MS access/excel/ Adobe professional/Sharepoint etc.)
• Review project and work documentation with project teams(s) to determine documentation requirement for each phase of a project.
• Ensuring the awareness of reporting deliverables for example KPIs and /or payment milestones.
• Schedule the due dates for documents, drawings, specifications, technical manuals, final as-built reports and other documents.
• Monitor status of project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
• Review and verify all project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide internal/external reports to ensure project deliverables are met.
• Maintaining project document control process (i.e. tracking and reporting on project document status).
• Maintaining a master schedule of technical document subm
