The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Support all PD process development in support of Global Business Expansion. Ongoing development of PD organisation structure to support GBE activities. Develop roles and responsibilities for new organisation. Develop operating framework, meeting cadence, escalation and governance process to support GBE. Further develop Operating Frameworks and RASICs for new international ventures (including strategic Joint Venture programmes). Define PD PMTI (Process, Methods, Tools and Information) requirements and deployment strategy for GBE. Develop PD IT requirements for GBE and lead the PD implementation with the Business IT team. Ensure lessons learned are embedded in future GBE programmes. The team will be the single point of contact to develop the PD processes required for global expansion.

Skills & Experience Required: -
Experience of successful project management, meeting demanding timescales and effective delivery. Proven skills of project delivery and dependency interfaces required. Demonstrate high level of motivation and resourcefulness, to be able to operate with minimal direction. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a 'passion for the product' are personal qualities needed to succeed in this high pressure environment. Ability to lead the swift resolution of business, technical and process issues within, ensure robust implementation and compatibility with downstream systems through to production. Recommended at Degree Level. Key Project Management skills.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Team Player and motivated. MS Office skills i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project. Process Mapping current / futures states including data gathering.
