The Company:
Our Client has operations in the world’s most important oil and gas regions and are leaders in working in extremely difficult environments. They have interests in many offshore producing fields in the UK, including five operated fields and five partner-operated fields.

The Role:
Assurance, Interface & Risk as a cross discipline role, involving interaction with all project groups.
This position is based in the shared resources group of CUE MCP (Major Capital Projects). There are two MCPs; Rosebank, a deepwater stand alone new development West of Shetland in 1100m of water and Alder

AIR duties are:
ASSURANCE (50%): • Provide support in the use of CPDEP including front-end loading and project execution planning. • Work with team leaders and members to identify and integrate applicable VIPs and best practices into the project planning process, including coordination of workshops. • Ensure team leaders integrate action items into project execution plans and follow-up to verify that documentation is complete.
INTERFACE (25%): • Support a comprehensive project-wide Interface Management Plan. • Interfaces will include hull/topsides, subsea/surface, onshore facilities, regulatory/classification, with full integration of HES and Operations.
RISK (25%): • Assist in the development and implementation of a project-wide Risk Management Plan including processes and procedures to identify and assess risk, develop mitigation strategies and track mitigating actions, and communicate progress to the project's stakeholders. • Provide support in the use of CPDEP including front-end loading and project execution planning. • Work with team leaders and members to identify and integrate applicable VIPs and best practices into the project planning process, including coordination of workshops. • Ensure team leaders integrate action items into project execution plans and follow-up to verify that documentation is complete. • Coordinate the development and implementation of the project execution plan (PEP). • Prepare the following sections of the PEP: Interface Management, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Management of Change, VIP and Best Practice, Lessons Learned. • Support a comprehensive project-wide Interface Management Plan. Interfaces will include hull/topsides, subsea/surface, onshore facilities, regulatory/classification, with full integration of HES and Operations.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a Degree (or equivalent) preferably in Engineering
5-10 years oil and gas preferably with Major Capital Projects experience

CSOC and CPDEP experience. • CSOC Certification is desired but will be provided. • Experience working in a multidiscipline team environment is desired since responsibilities impact nearly all functional disciplines on the project, including all facilities contractors. • Familiarity with project planning and execution practices is required to effectively communicate with business, engineering and operations functions on the team and with contractor representatives outside the team.
