The Company:
A professional, construction, support and infrastructure services provider working in various market sectors all over the world.

The Role:
To oversee projects within a nominated area to achieve agreed profit and service objectives through effective client relationship management, the co-ordination of onsite activities, and liaison with on-site supervision ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage financial performance of projects to meet agreed targets
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across all the functions, H & S, QA and Environmental
• Identify and manage the required outcome of potential risks and opportunities

Key Duties:

• Agree and maintain a clear business plan
• Work with Project Manager & Branch Manager to develop specific objectives in line with business plan
• Provide accurate and punctual monthly reports
• Selective tendering for new projects, to ensure optimum return on sales and performance delivery
• Manage and monitor all aspects of projects from inception to completion
• Manage and control SLA and delivery of projects within set time-scales
• Maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of customer requirements/ specifications
• Maintain fair and consistent attitude in all dealings and at all levels
• Clear understanding of the company vision and objectives, ensuring the implementation of new directives
• Establishes good working relationships with other team members
• Willingly contributes to the overall team objectives, responding quickly to new directives
• Build and maintain effective relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Operating Companies Personnel
• Business Partners
• Suppliers
• Sub Contractors

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Proven track record in tendering and managing projects, including sub-contractors
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in risk management analysis
• Commercial awareness with knowledge of budgetary control
• Knowledge and experience of Construction Design Management regulations and Business Assurance Systems
• Ideally experience of CAD
• PC literate with knowledge of the MS suite i.e. Word, Excel
• Appropriate Industry knowledge and experience, ideally gained within the Utilities/Civil Engineering field
• A working knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation
