The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
(Process Improvement and Tools Development) -Present project status & document functional requirements -Identify stakeholders to facilitate workshop to meet business improvement portfolio activities -Prepare presentations and Reports to communicate to Senior management regarding Chassis engagement & inputs. -Supporting Business Improvement initiatives through the i-PLM programme - Acting as the iPLM single point of contact for a Business Function - Supporting the Programme Launch Team for Wave 1 - Facilitate 'current' and 'future state' process development and documentation - Coordinating business change activities within the Business Function - Engaging with stakeholders to ensure that customer requirements are met - Managing and implementing the Communication plan for i-PLM project within Chassis - Managing the status reporting for the project - Working with the i-PLM team to develop the specific changes required to support business demands - Escalating misalignment or conflict between stakeholders - Ensure testing requirements are met and co-ordinate tester activities - Working closely with the training teams to ensure that as new technologies are introduced it is with minimal disruption to the business -Facilitate workshops to gather, define and communicate business requirements including event driven process mapping sessions.

(Process & Dashboard) -Chassis Factory team is developing Metrics & Dashboard, to enable Factory customers to retrieve useful information quickly, reduce data manipulation, editing, chasing people for information. - Conduct or coordinate Requirements gathering session with customers to capture requirements for the new dashboard/trackers - Maintain or update databases, dashboards, systems, or methods. - Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. - Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. - Conduct Training sessions for the Chassis team as necessary Primary skills "The ability to identify critical success factors within the Chassis Engineering Process & methods, assess the impact of new tools & software and provide new and unique insights. Excellent written English and strong communication skills. The confidence and ability to present to a client audience.(Senior Manager Level) Experience in an automotive industry essential. Understanding of vehicle architecture desirable, particularly Chassis components . Familiar with all the automotive tools and systems.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Experience in a global team Good people management skills Knowledge of JLR tools & processes in particular engineering releasing and procurement processes. Previous business process improvement and change management exposure Self-motivated and resourceful, able to pursue multiple avenues for defining solutions and resolving issues.
Minimum 2-4 years industry experience
