The Role:
•To achieve, through the Execution phase, the safe and timely delivery of quality built COP pipelines and subsea structures and associated controls in compliance with Codes of Practice, MPcp and GOC.
•Liaise with the centralised GOC team at ATA yard in order to manage verification of all aspects of construction, testing and commissioning certification of the output of the Marine Delivery team with particular focus on completion and handover activities of the Subsea Water Injection Facilities that tie into the East Manifold.
•Ensure arrangements are in place to permit delivery and handover of safe, reliable and certified pipelines, subsea structures and jumper lines.
•Promote and support HSSE and QA best practice throughout the project execution phase of COP pipelines and expansion of East Manifold to include trees for 2x COP wells (H05 and H06) and capacity to handle future wells H07 and H08.
•Ensure technical requirements from Engineering are incorporated into the fabrication, assembly and testing of the subsea structures and jumper lines.
•Where still applicable, liaise with PSCM on the deliveries of Company Provided Items to coordinate these with the fabrication and assembly efforts in order to achieve timely delivery of the subsea structures and jumper lines to meet the installation and drilling programmes.
•Support the Marine delivery team comply with current MPcp and GOC requirements to permit a smooth and effective handover of the facilities to Operations.
•Ensure the delivery streams associated with the COP pipelines and components required for expansion of the East Manifold produce the required certification to satisfy GOC requirements for handover of the Subsea Water Injection facilities to Subsea Operations.
•Feed pertinent information into the Lessons Learned Register (maintained by the Subsea Project Coordinator) to ensure there is good communication between members of the project team and other teams so that ‘Lessons’ Learnt’ to promote High Value Learning and apply best discipline practices can be disseminated.
•Ensure, with the support of the Subsea Project Coordinator, that interfaces are managed effectively within the project, with vendors, contractors and operations teams.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University Degree in Engineering (alternative qualifications can be considered with relevant experience)
Minimum 15years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry
