The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
Accountable to the ICT (Integrated Commissioning Team) Completions Team Lead for:

• Manage Contractor through the development of the Completions Process for the Gorgon downstream physical Assets through the Handover to Operations.
• Liaise with Upstream Systems Completion to ensure alignment with respect to the set up of Systems Handover Databases (Zenator/Takeover XP) within the ICT Handover Strategy
• Develop and co-ordinate handover assurance process to ensure first time right delivery to operations providing the evidence that ‘The Asset is safe to start Up and we can demonstrate it’.
• Co-ordinate handover assurance process to ensure timely delivery of the Handover Dossiers to operations.
• Functionally this position shall report into the Downstream Commissioning team.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Support to the ICT Completions Team Lead in ensuring development and execution of effective Turnover/Handover processes ensuring a smooth transfer of ownership to the final asset team.
• Advise ICT Completions Team Lead on progress and identify threats to meeting turnover/ handover milestones.
• Liaise with Upstream, QA/QC and Completion to ensure clarity of scope, roles and responsibilities with utilization of Zenator/Takeover XP to align with the Handover Strategy to demonstrate the integrity of the asset for Start Up.
• Liaise with Discipline/SMEs within the ICT Commissioning Assurance Team to monitor and advise the ICT Commissioning Management team on blocks to progress towards completion of Handover Dossiers to meet RFSU.
• Liaise with Operations to map out the structure and content of deliverables required to demonstrate the asset is safe to start up
• Liaise with the Information Management team to identify handover requirements outside of Zenator and ensure deliverables are clear with requisite Accountabilities/Responsibilities.
• Identify key stakeholders and engage to align project and operations expectations – resolve conflicts.
• Support the ICT Completions Team Lead to manage the Turnover/ Handover stakeholder engagement plans, including linkage with the Delivery teams located in the relevant vendor/fabrication yards.
• Co-ordinate workshops to assure alignment between all stakeholders – upstream and downstream as schedule scope requires.
• Develop an assurance plan to maintain alignment between the TO/HO outputs from the delivery sites (Construction, Key Suppliers (Vendors and Fabricators) and the Commissioning/Operations Handover requirements.
• Identify gaps/misalignment with the Implementation plans and initiate measures to rectify.

Safety Responsibilities: Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment:
• Understanding and implementing as far as possible the Project’s vision of Operational Excellence
• Champion the Incident and Injury Free program in the office and all project locations.
• Being aware of Australian and Local Statutory Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations. Main Interfaces:

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• BS Engineering is preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years oilfield related experience
• Large project teams Multiple execution locations in different time zones
• Multiple EPC contractors and subcontractors for BWI/Upstream/downstream scopes
• Different execution time frames for BWI and Upstream/Downstream scopes
• Alignment of plans across multiple teams
• Influencing various teams and management without necessarily accountability
• Ability to challenge the respective execution leads is key.
• Stakeholder management will be effectively key to this role
