The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Project Engineer - Civil Engineering / Construction.
Work within the Facilities Team to manage a group of multi skilled Engineers. Provide a service and support other Engineering specislists in construction and modification of Product Development workshops and Facilities. Undertake desktop studies and site investigations for prospective projects, utilising in house or external specialists where appropriate to enable the evaluation of alternative economic solutions and supprt project justification. Manage contractors in strict accordance with control of contractors procedures. Attend programme meetings at all levels, representing the Facilities & Site Services Project Team and present where appropriate.

Skills Required:
- Management and delivery of Civil Engineering / Construction Projects.
- Will be required to write Tender Specifications, select suppliers and then oversee the project through to full installation, commisioning and final acceptance.

Skills Preferred:
- Autocad & MS Project.

Experience Required:
Working knowledge of buildings and services within. NEBOSH / IOSH, CDM.

Experience Preferred:
Good proficiency using Microsoft packages including MS Project.

Education Required:
Good standard of education preferably Degree.
