The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Electrical Diagnostic Module Leader - Maternity Cover: Canididate duties would include: Being responsible for managing on-board diagnostic deliverables to completion. Resolving issues whether they be relating to programme delivery or issues management. Being responsible for ensuring that all diagnostic programme metrics are up to date and published in the correct forums. Ownership of the Diagnostic AIMS resolution glide path for all programs. Attendence of relevant forums (ePST, VIT, ePMT, etc.) as appropriate to ensure issue resolution. Support Diagnostic Compliance team with issue resolution and reporting. Raise programme eTrackers and ensure diagnostic programme set-up is complete on-time. Ownership of quality / lessons learned activity for continuous improvement (TBC).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven project delivery experience, ideally in cross functional and devolved responsibility teams An initiative driven approach to problem resolution Good negotiation skills, ability to build relationships with other areas. Clear and consice reporting style.
Used to creating consice KPI metric reports and occasionally reporting out at various levels of the business.
Minimum A-Level in Maths & English and / or HNC/D in relevant subject.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Good understanding of Automotive Electrical Systems Good understanding of Automotive Diagnostics.
Experience of processes and systems, ideally; PCS, eTracker, AIMS, RMDV2.
Degree level eduaction in a technical subject
