The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Within the Electrical Engineering (EESE) business planning team:
Directly lead headcount management activities such as:
o Headcount planning and alignment with P&E and HR teams
o RADS management
o MSXi (B2B) order management
o Offshore/Outsource resource management
Lead EESE budget planning, status and forecast activities for headcount and ED&T
Lead generation of monthly EESE Business Planning status reports for EESE Senior Management, including reviewing information with Senior Managers and their teams
Ensure EESE PDL review and response process supports business needs and response data is managed appropriately for budget/forecasting purposes
Ensure internal toolset development necessary to support EESE Business Planning team is developed and maintained appropriately, and ensure efficient use of business planning tools and processes in relation to those developed in other areas.
Lead EESE internal process development for core and non core activities and ensure that they are aligned with interfacing areas (P&E, other CoCs etc.).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
A high performing, self-motivated individual eager to progress and able to deliver with minimum supervision
Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Creative thinker willing to challenge conventional thinking
Able to work at a detail and strategic level
Ability to follow through and deliver change
Confidence to influence and challenge senior management
Strong team player, able to communicate at all levels within the business
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Educated to degree level in Engineering or Business discipline
Previous experience of an engineering business environment would be useful.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Applicants should have a full, current driving licence to be able to travel between Gaydon and Whitley sites
