The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team design and develop all driver assist functions within covering multiple sensor types (ultrasonic, radar and camera). The Module Leader role covers all ADAS commodities (Radar, Camera and Ultrasonic) for a specific platform, or combination of programmes. As Module Leader you will act as the key interface between the ADAS team, the Electrical Project Team and the Programme Team, as well as facilitating cross department discussions and problem resolution. Key Responsibilities. Monitor, summarise and report out ADAS team performance against key metrics (AIMs, WERs, RMDV, PSW etc) to Group Leaders and Senior Manager. Create and present ADAS team summary sheets at Project Reviews and CPE/CFE reviews. Represent the ADAS team at AIMs start-up meetings. Run weekly Module Meetings with ADAS engineering team to share programme relevant information. Support engineers with creation and maintenance of vehicle test plans. Manage and resolve issues on your programmes, escalating where required. Alignment of Cross Team Activities and Meeting Cadence. Overview of Business Planning and Budget Measuring.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
3 key skills; Project Management or Business Planning Experience. Proven skills in engineering activities in the automotive sector (OEM or Tier1). Proven skills in the integration of complex automotive components (mechanical and electrical integration). Enthusiastic and showing strong business behaviours. Good communication, interpersonal skills, self-confidence and a 'passion for the product' are personal qualities needed to succeed in this high pressure environment, being self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision. To be conversant with Project Management methods and familiar with tools such as Microsoft Project. Educated to degree level is preferred, although other relevant engineering/automotive qualifications considered.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Previous experience in client's projects.
