The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
The role is in a team which create:
- Voice of customer requirements, together with development of appropriate test/verification methods and test planning in support of electric propulsion technology projects.
- The requirements are created to deliver customer satisfaction, quality & a competitive premium offering.

Skills Required:
- Engineering requirements authoring Engineering test procedure creation Data/statistical analysis.
- Creation of vehicle level usage patterns for a variety of customers and markets.
- Project Management IT literate in office applications e.g. MS Word, Excel, Project.
- Full & Clean UK driving licence Communication skills.

Skills Preferred:
- Awareness or practise of Systems Engineering. Experience of IBM Rational DOORS.
- People this type of role has been suited in the past have been from Tier 1 suppliers, technical project managers and those who have worked on aspects of whole vehicle engineering.

Experience Required:
- Vehicle Engineering.
- System Engineering.
- Component Engineering.

Experience Preferred:
- Vehicle evaluation.
- Electrified vehicle experience (e.g. Hybrids, Battery EV's).
- Off road vehicle knowledge.
- Environment (hot/cold) test experience.
- Ergonomics/Human Factors.

Education Required:
- Degree level qualifications in a relevant field preferred.
(Automotive, Mechanical, Aero Engineering or similar).
