The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
The Calibration Module Leader is responsible for delivery of the overall Hybrid System Calibration. This involves planning and coordinating all test and development activities and coordinating these activities to make sure the plans can be delivered in the required timeframe. This role also has responsibility for managing all internal issues and working with the team to ensure timely resolution. The role also has responsibility of representing Hybrid Calibration outside of the team and the department including working towards ensuring common and compatible plans, joint issue resolution, participating in drive assessment events and feedback and discussing or managing major issues in appropriate forums. "

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Project Management Calibration Management Calibration database management e.g. CRETA Calibration toolsets e.g. INCA Team Leadership Issue management Full driving License (UK or ok to drive in UK)
Experience of following tasks would be beneficial: Coordination and delivery of automotive calibrations Development and maintenance of Test and Development Plans Calibration issues management Project Status Document management Publishing and using Calibration Maturity metrics Acting as Key interface with external partners, engine, transmission, software Management and issue if Cal Release Notes Prototype Vehicle Management Coordinate and plan vehicle use Coordinate vehicle maintenance and updates Coordinate Test and Development Activities Environmental Test Trip Organisation and coordination

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Degree preferred
