The Company:
Our client is a leading global oil and gas operating company.

The Role:
Assist the Project Team in planning and organizing day-to-day project activities. Support administration of the project teams and the coordination of activities between project locations. Assist in organizing and controlling project work to ensure that all project objectives are being met with regard to safety, environment, cost, schedule, work environment, and quality. Ensure that all decisions and activities within the various project teams support the project's objectives and priorities. Prepare and give presentations on project issues. Assist Project Control in the preparation of cost estimates. Obtain all necessary approvals for planned work. Monitor progress, manpower, and budget. Keep team members informed on Project progress and developments. Monitor project document development and project change and variation orders. Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to good communication and cooperation with Management and key individuals.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Three to Seven years of experience
Under a moderate level of guidance and direction, builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers. Requires knowledge and experiences in own discipline. Solves a range of straightforward problems. Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
