The Role:
Key duties:

Coordinate the Project Management Control System (PMCS) Interface Management process across project.
Support for implementation and maintenance of the Project Interface Management procedure.
Responsibility for the Master Interface Register and schedule contained within PMCS.
Support all engineering contractors and fabricators in successful coordination of interface requests.
Monitor and report on progress of Interface Request queries by means of regular meetings
Generate a monthly status report on Interface Management (KPI)
Support individual Interface Single Point Of Contacts (SPOCs) in expediting outstanding interface requests.
Ensure that the project battery limit schematics are maintained and accurate across the project.
Maintain accuracy of the Master Interface Register contained within PMCS.
Ensure that individual stakeholder interface responsibilities are clear and understood during the lifecycle of the execute phase of the project.
Support facilities engineering group in identification of technical interface issues identified in facilities meeting.
Support individual project interface engineers to ensure all interface query requests are closed out in a timely manner
Development of project performance management interface reports
