The Role:
Reporting to the Area Projects and Mods Manager, the Senior/Project Engineer is accountable for delivery of a portfolio of multi-discipline, engineering projects or major maintenance activities.

Postholder will act as Single Point of Accountability (SPA) for all stages of the project or major maintenance activity and specifically be responsible for delivery of all engineering requirements, ensuring they are fully compliant with the company's processes and standards.

• Effective and efficient development, design, execution and closeout of a portfolio of projects.
• Ensure that project design deliverables provide safe and reliable facilities and are in compliance with the company ETP’s and STP’s
• Manage portfolio from Appraise through to Operation – ensuring compliance with gated Project process and gated activity planning process.
• BRO for designated budgets.
• Development of key CVP deliverables (DSP, PEP, procurement strategy,HSSE plan, eMOC etc.)
• Drive and direct the company and contractors to provide quality and timely Engineering and Construction deliverables for all assigned projects
• Manage the delivery of scope from the Engineering, Construction and other contractors within their respective Estimate/Purchase Order values
• Ensure demolition procedure is formally delivered and understood by all new construction engineers
• Ensuring timely delivery of accurate planning information to the Asset Planning process and Project Progress Tracker.
• Support the Project team in Driving the Continuous Improvement of delivery of Projects and Major maintenance activity across Midstream Pipelines.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Significant experience related to Oil & Gas or Chemical Operations preferably including specific experience in implementing Brownfield projects, modifications, shutdown turnarounds.
• Proven track record in engineering delivery with specific experience in performance management and continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and team building skills
