The Role:
Pre-requisites
Prior experience of working for the Client in managing delivery of contracted Engineering work.
Prior experience of working within an Engineering contractor organisation.

Role Description
The role will be housed in the client organisation and based in the Engineering Contractor’s office.. The specific position will be to facilitate the delivery of Construction Work Packs from an Engineering Contractor in relation to a Central North Sea Brownfield Development project. The project is currently mid way through detailed engineering.

This individual’s primary responsibility will be to provide delivery assurance that all necessary engineering is complete, materials procured, reviews completed, job cards & work packs written and the work verified ready for offshore execution. As the role requires a large component of interface management, it is important that the individual has a proven track record in this area (especially in the context of large projects).

Be educated to BEng level in engineering (or offer an equivalent and relevant qualification together with relevant experience). Chartered or progressing to chartered status would be advantageous.

Experience in working closely and constructively with colleagues, suppliers and contractors.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as the role will require preparation of reports and direct contact with clients at management level meetings, with suppliers, contractors as well as other staff.
