The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Help co-ordinate during the launch phases the planning and delivery of quality maturation processes including - Post build planning - Coordination of activities, ownership of build planning activity and reporting. E Cube Event & PCPA Audit Feedback, Meeting infrastructure ownership, data capture and reporting. Colour Harmony - Event infrastructure ownership, data capture and reporting. Focus Build & Challenge Events Event infrastructure ownership data capture and reporting. Fresh-eyes Events Joint infrastructure ownership with PD Quality, data capture and reporting. Issue management utilising the AIM system, data capture & analysis and reporting.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:
Demonstrable ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams. Must have a thorough logical approach to issues, with high attention to detail. Personable, a good communicator of both written and verbal information. Experience in problem solving skills & techniques. PC literate, good working knowledge of Microsoft packages. Prior experience with AIM's and engineering releasing preferable (WERS basic knowledge). Knowledge of LQOS, launch processes, systems & practices preferable. Able to work individually or as part of a multi-functional team. Pro-active, demonstrates initiative and dynamic approach. Flexible with respect to travel, work load and start/finish times.

Experience Required:
Some experience in new product introduction preferable.
