The Role:
• The Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) Team Leader is a senior position in the company LNG Expansion Project.
• The individual will be accountable for oversight of the engineering, procurement, and execution of the OSBL scope within the Company Expansion Project. This scope will include utilities, LNG tanks, marine jetties and all camps and infrastructure to support the new LNG Train. This is a management role within the Company Expansion Project team and the role reports directly to the LNG Project Manager. The Outside Battery Limits (OSBL) Team Leader will lead and direct a multinational team of project engineers, HSSE team members and construction teams to ensure the safe design and quality build of the new facilities. The role will involve close coordination with ISBL Team Leader and other onshore facilities managers to ensure integrated project delivery

Key accountabilities
• Ensure the safe design and quality build of the OSBL scope within the onshore Company Expansion work scope-
• Lead the project delivery team through engineering, procurement, and excecution of the OSBL and infrastructure facilities and ensure safe execution in line with Company Expansion Project performance standards of safety, quality, schedule and cost
• Demonstrate HSSE leadership by example. Set the highest standards of personal and process safety across the OSBL scope and ensure procedures and systems are in place to sustain them
• Ensure clear measurement and reporting systems are in place to monitor project progress and foster a culture of openness within project team and contractors
• Represent Company’s standards and expectations to the EPC contractor and sub-contractors and ensure that high quality contracts are implemented to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure safe and successful delivery of the OSBL scope, aligned with Company’s key drivers of quality and safety and with clear performance standards on schedule and cost
• Recruit, develop and maintain a high quality multi-disciplined project team and ensure the project meets with the requirements of Company’'s CVP (Capital Value Process) at all stages
• Ensure continual clarity on priorities and provide the overall context for the OSBL work scope within Company Expansion
• Manage internal and external communications and interfaces
• Coordinate closely with drilling and onshore facilities project teams to ensure clarity of scope and seamless project execution planning
• Ensure that Company’'s project assurance processes are implemented across the OSBL scope project, and that regular reviews are carried out to ensure compliance

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Essential Education
• At minimum Bachelor Degree in engineering from reputable university

Essential experience and job requirements
• A minimum of 15 years relevant experience in major oil and gas capital projects, at least 8 years at project management level
• Proven track record of managing major EPC work scopes ($US>100MM) for a client or PSC company, preferably onshore Proven track record in the engineering, procurement and execution of major onshore civil works and marine infrastructures -Proven track record of the implementation of assurance processes to manage large capital projects
• Ability to demonstrate effective project management and leadership skills in multi-national teams
• Proven track record in setting expectations and delivering high standards of HSSE performance
• Advanced understanding of business drivers and the ability to align project goals
• Advanced understanding of costs (capital, operating, life cycle) and estimating techniques,
