The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Mechanical Build Engineer, responsible for the planning, delivery and day to day management of prototype vehicle builds.

Skills Required:
- Programme Management Skill set.
- Good whole vehicle assembly knowledge.
- Experience in vehicle problem identification and resolution.
- Prototype vehicle build process experience.

Experience Required:
- Experienced in Planning the day to day progress of a vehicle build and ensuring that it stays on track.
- Managing the day to day activities of a team of vehicle fitters.
- Providing technical guidance to vehicle fitters to over come issues and ensure quality.
- Significant experience in the assembly of prototype vehicles and all vehicle subsystems.
- Problem identification, containment and resolution.

Education Required:
- Engineering Degree preferred but not essential.
