International Oil and Gas Company

The Role:
Provide project management expertise to aid in successful execution of several water infrastructure projects in the Marcellus shale. Responsible to deliver the design, engineering and construction activities. Specific activities will include coordination of the following.
1. Site selections
2. Identification of necessary utilities
3. Permitting
4. Site civil design and construction
5. Tank design and installation specifications
6. Interface with and vetting of tank manufacturers
7. Process, piping, instrumentation, and electrical design and construction
8. Procurement of tanks, equipment, and piping
9. Hazard/process safety reviews
This position will be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and budget for the water infrastructure projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or other engineering discipline; 7-10 years experience in project engineering within an Exploration and Production operating organization or in an engineering strategic alliance with an E&P firm; General computer skills and proficiency with MS Office software; Proven experience in managing engineering consultants to meet deliverable obligations; Proven ability to resolve design issues; Team player with strong aptitude for multi-tasking; Proactive; Able to work with various disciplines within the organization.
