The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.

In Australia they are involved in one of the largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in FEED (Front End Engineering Design) Stage.

The Role:
As the Project Engineer Onshore - Gas Export Pipeline (GEP) you will coordinate support with the engineering, fabrication and construction teams and contract team and monitor the expenditures and progress.

Job dimensions/Technical data:
o 7 km of pipeline dia 42" from Beach Valve to Inlet Facilities;

During the execution phase of the EPC Contract:
o Assist the Package Manager to ensure compliance with Company HSE requirements;
o Provide assistance to the PM in monitoring day to day activities particularly on the risk management and schedule;
o Provide assistance to the PM to oversee all aspects of engineering, HSE matters, quality of work and project controls
o Assist discipline engineers;
o Liaise with Engineering Manager to collect information required for the EPC Contractor;
o Liaise with the Construction Manager and Civil Package Manager to collect information required for the EPC Contractor;
o Liaise with interfaces Manager to deliver required info to other entities;
o To be constantly informed of all activities related to the equipment/package is assigned to.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Graduated engineer or equivalent professional or over 5 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5 in Oil & Gas Project experience, particularly in project team.
• Required knowledge of one or more of the following; Engineering, Construction, Contract Management, Cost control, or Planning.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highly developed organisation skills.
• Strong team working skills.
• Enthusiastic & ability to multi-task.
