The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Supporting the Business Creation System (BCS) team, developing and deploying the project framework to enable business expansion projects; including: Communication of BCS, driving awareness in the business to enable global business expansion and support the need for disciplined and robust project delivery. Design and implement improvements to BCS to ensure it is fit for purpose and that changes are embedded in the organisation. Manage continuous improvement / development projects to ensure BCS evolves and matures as required to support global expansion. Effective deployment of BCS, providing the GBE programme teams and associated business functions with guidance around process steps, deliverables, decision points and approval levels. To ensure adherence to BCS, providing quality assurance and raising deviation concerns to management.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Proven ability to deliver against targets within challenging environments. Ability to influence outside of direct responsibility and beyond own function via stakeholder engagement, strong customer mind set. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in process and work system thinking and deployment. Experience of business expansion / transformation programmes an advantage. High levels of energy and engagement. Strong attention to detail, strong levels of focus and determination. Good IT skills, particularly MS Office
Experience of project and programme management processes. Experience in negotiating and persuading stakeholder groups across multiple business functions. Experience of cross-functional process development Experience of business capability expansion projects an advantage.
Ideally educated to degree level

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
SharePoint skills an advantage
