The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Major programme project support / minor programme project leadership within the PCS delivery framework, part of a relatively small programme team (<10 members) you will take a lead role in delivering the future sports car programmes, management of programme and product assumptions and the associated change management, managing PDLs, PACNs and CMM (training available), pre-build support, pre-build planning, parts availability, process chain support, show car preparation support, lead programme team support coordinating other areas of the business or acting as a point of escalation, margin improvement through VLBR activities work on reducing product material cost and enhancing revenues often small projects which you may be required to scope out and champion

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Ability to work on multiple tasks in parallel and recognise the appropriate level of involvement required to complete the activity, confidence to communicate with and lead groups of peers through meetings and working groups. experience of Product Creation System (PCS/GPDS or other), basic understanding of WERS and AIMS System Excellent Excel and PowerPoint Skills
3-4 Years within Automotive Industry, ideally within a Programme Management environment
Degree qualified

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Enthusiasm for the brand and sports cars, experience of GIPRS, RMDV and Programme Central Microsoft Project
