The Company:
Our Client is a Global Oil & Gas Operating Company

The Role:
Meet minimum requirements (SOR, SOW, Cost Estimate, Resource Loaded Schedule, Execution Plan)

Responsibilities:
- Work within a defined project work process
- Work with various work groups within USPL to coordinate between multiple locations
- Work logistical issues to get work performed offshore
- Manage project reports and gatekeeper reviews
- Actively manage a series of small projects at the same time

Activities
Meet minimum requirements (SOR, SOW, Cost Estimate, Resource Loaded Schedule, Execution Plan)
Communicate with operations through FEL, design reviews, pre-job, project kick-off
Utilize WMP to signal operations support for FEL, design reviews , pre-job, project kick-off, LOTO, HITRA, and AO assignment during construction
Drive safety performance throughout course of project.
Responsible for ensuring that project sets and follows safety policies and guidelines. Aid on SOCs, contractor’s safety audits, 360 post construction feedback as applicable
Ensure that MOC process and other processes as applicable are carried out as required to ensure optimum safety
Accountable for controlling project costs, delivering annual benefits and controlling project schedule
Set the strategy and direction for management of the project during all phases of project planning and execution
Accountable for ensuring that appropriate resources are available for project implementation during all stages
Provide leadership and direction to the project team and design contractor to ensure that Business Unit needs are met
Use the CVP process as appropriate at all phases in the project and ensures team is effectively using it as well.
Review qualifications and applicability of contractor, provide leadership on contracting strategy with procurement and/or sponsor input
Facilitate communication, coordination, teamwork and alignment among all project team participants. Responsible for organizing communications plan and follow up to ensure communication. •
Manage drivers affecting outcomes of safety, cost, schedule and quality. Responsible for updating project control team and Asset Managers through reviews on any financial, scheduling or quality changes on project.
Ensure that scope is well defined and understood and that scope changes are controlled
Communicate, review and ensure buy-in from the Core Team on the mechanical design.
Ensure commissioning input is provided into the FEL stages of the project and the facilities are designed and constructed taking full account of commissioning
Appropriate level of personal presence at project site
Point of accountability for on-going activities whether be FEL or execution activities

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Degree
- 7+ years proven experience in a similar role
- Proven experience supporting pipeline projects in a similar capacity
