The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
SECTION 4: RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES
• Ensure alignment and integration with internal interfaces to the Pipelines Team (including Marine, Operations, Offshore and Onshore Facilities).
• Ensure alignment and integration with external interfaces to the Pipeline Engineering Team (including Design Contractors, installation Contractors and Suppliers).
• Ensure interface registers are held and maintained by all key interfacing parties, ensure regular pipelines interface meetings are held. Ensure communication of timely and adequate project information to relevant parties and teams within the project.
• Ensure pipeline interfaces are raised using the project interface tool. Provide training support to contractors and suppliers as required.
• Provide quality assurance of Pipeline Interface Requests and ensure the pipeline interfaces are tracked to closure.
• Performance manage the close-out of interfaces and escalate issues to the Pipeline System Delivery Lead as required to achieve resolution.
• Provide an independent overview of all Interfaces to ensure the pipeline system maintains a consistent design approach
- Facilitate audits of CONTRACTOR/Sub-Contractor (as-needed) interface systems
- Provide an ongoing look ahead for interface activities and need by dates
- Provide other Project Engineering support as required
• Deliver inputs and provide assurance on Marine & Subsea Project Control processes including
- Management of Change (MoC) and Engineering Change Requirement (ECR’S)
- Risk Management
- Knowledge Management (including Lessons Learned Register)
- Ensure lessons learned are tracked to closure
- Action Tracking and closure
• Deliver, manage and assure compliance for Pipelines team inputs to key project documentation including
- Decision Support Packages (DSP)
- Project Execution Plans
- Project Statement of Requirements and Basis of Design
- Documentation in support of the company’s Operating Management System (OMS) and Major Projects Common Process (MPCP)


• Ensure and demonstrate readiness for the following project Assurance processes
- Project reviews e.g. EDR, PHSSER’s, Peer and SETA reviews
- Project Audits
• Support Performance Management Process for Project Team and Suppliers including
- Timely closure of Project Decisions.
- Support performance management of Engineering Contractor and Suppliers.

• Support Pipeline System Delivery Lead in the reporting of work progress and resource planning
• Ensure all risks, especially high consequence risks are identified and managed effectively. Look for opportunities for improvement within the project.
• Ensure the Pipeline System Delivery Lead is kept fully appraised of key issues, status and outstanding actions at all times.

• Promote safety & environmental responsibility in all aspects of Pipeline design.

• Promote strong HSE performance and uphold the company Code of Conduct.
