The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities & Tasks: -

* To manage and collate data for all department programmes, including different sources. * To resolve data/quality issues with relevant fact holders.
* To lead data gathering activities from spreadsheet based to database based.
* To create metrics for all the department's objectives, including KPI and dashboards.
* To lead process integration of data gathering into iPLM.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Previous experience in automotive engineering programme/ project planning role(s).
* WERS / S-dots experience. KPI/dashboards
* Project/programme planning skills are mandatory
* Must be able to lead planning/data gathering activities for Department
* Suggesting and managing appropriate tools to reach objectives
* In depth knowledge of Google docs
* MS Excel (including macros)
* MS Access is a must.
* Educated to degree standard in an engineering discipline, preferably automotive.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
* MS Access & Excel to proficiency level would be a definite plus.
* Pro active attitude
* Flexibility
* WERS proficiency
* Ability to produce metrics
* KPIs and dashboards
