The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Provide project management support to assist the New Programme Management team in monitoring and reporting on key point indicators governing the new launch process for new Powertrain manufacturing projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Support the Powertrain Launch Process to report and monitor project progress Work between the Whitley and Wolverhampton facilities Highlight non-compliance or potential non-compliance that will affect project delivery, creating recovery plans as needed.
Provide ad hoc reporting as required by the Management team Create, update and store progress reports to maintain an effective project management database facilitating corporate memory. To support, as required, UK site visits to facilitate metric information gathering In conjunction with the client, support the powertrain manufacturing programme launch process, to report and monitor project progress.
Location - Whitley Powertrain Manufacturing Engineering Centre Coventry Facilitate:
Voice of the Stakeholder
Feedback to the Project Management Team primarily through the dedicated KPI programme matrix.
Highlight non compliances or potential non compliances that will effect project delivery, creating recovery plans as needed.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Monitoring progress against 25 Key Point Indicators sub defined by 100 separate metrics Liaising with the key stakeholders to obtain relevant information to be regularly recorded against progress. Creating Electronic records, which will be updated, and stored documenting Project deliverables and milestone achievements. Providing executive reporting to enable management to report on progress to gateway reviews Creating as required action plans to facilitate KPI delivery Providing a regular report function such as team performance, utilisation and progress can be monitored Supporting the management to direct the needs of the service to ensure quality, continuously improving solution Conducting all business activities in a timely and professional manner Conducting general administration duties, etc, to facilitate a fully manned turnkey service. Progress against 25 deliverable streams. Key monitoring against 100 data sets across deliverable streams Attendance to review meetings with Manufa
