The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
- Project management experience
- Good business acumen
- Aptitude for communication, influencing people, and negotiation
- History of involvement in process improvement and development
- Involvement in the facilitation of lessons learned events

Skills Preferred:
Highly driven individual with proactive personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Understanding of Engineering and the Change Management process
- Flexible approach to working environments and able to adapt to

Experience Required:
- Proven history in Project Management
- Experience in the running and facilitation of multifunctional workshops
- Experience of lessons learned events

Education Required:
Degree in a relevant discipline preferred but not essential

Education Preferred:
Prince II or other project management qualification

Additional Information :
Travel between sites (Whitley & Gaydon) to support Product Information meetings and events Driving license required
