The Role:
• Reviews the completion of all technical scopes of work, specifications, drawings and data sheets necessary for the EPC bid packages.
• Reviews the completion of the commercial elements of the EPC bid packages being prepared by the Business Management Team including: Commercial T & C, bid forms, commercial input to the EPC Bid Evaluation Plan, etc.
• Assists in project execution planning. Seek out and apply best practices from other projects. Capture and share best practices and lessons learned from project planning and execution.
• Apply CPDEP and Capital Stewardship principles to ensure decision quality and superior project execution.
• Participates in VIP workshops, including Value Engineering, Process Simplification, Process Optimization and Design to Capacity, Hookup & Commissioning Planning during FEED
• Reviews designs and provides input to the Facilities Engineering Team to ensure Hookup, Commissioning and Start-Up activities are optimized.
• Develops Project Completions Strategy, Execution Plan etc consistent with selected concept and contract strategy to minimize offshore work and project duration from yard completions to start-up.
• Develops high level HUC activity durations and cost estimates in conjunction with Business Team.
• Participates in Engineering Team HAZID ‘s etc
• Provides recommendations to FEED Engineering Team to enhance the fabrication and offshore safety of the Facilities designs.
• Adopts project IIF culture and proactively support team’s Safety Management Plans.
• Fulfill role on Project Operational Excellence Team WS54
• The Sr. Field Facilities (FF) Project Engineer will work across all engineering disciplines and with other functional groups including operations and maintenance, procurement and construction to ensure the FF design is properly integrated with the other elements of the project, primarily the Central Processing Facility and Base Business Facilities, and meets the technical and execution (cost and schedule) requirements.
• Sr. Project Engineer- Pumping and Controls represents the owner’s team and responsible for the delivery of the “green field” facilities that includes the complete artificial lift packages for the producing wells, injector wells connections, all field instrumentation, automated well test equipment, chemical injection packages, and integration of wells' (producers, injectors and TO, if required) into the SCADA system.
• Reports to: Field Facilities Delivery Team Lead

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in Electrical or Automation
• Minimum of 10-15 years’ experience.
• I&C/Project Engineer background is desirable

Preferred Skills:
• Onshore Construction Experience is an advantage
• Experience with translating process safety and environmental objectives into execution objectives in a practical cost effective manner.
• Experience with formal processes to assess safety and environmental risks during the execution of the Field Facilities Scope, and then implementing solutions.
• Must champion safety performance of the force. Behavior/Organizational Competencies:
• Innovative thinker, with an ability to tactfully challenge conventional paradigms.
• Able to work in an integrated fashion with operations, drilling, contractors and partner representatives to ensure the delivery of the scope of hi/her responsibility.
• Adept at adopting lessons learned from prior projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work in diverse multi-cultural team.
