Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
Quality Data & Project Analyst The Quality Assurance department (QA) with support from the Quality Analysis (QDA) team help drive Jaguar Land Rover quality improvements. This directly supports the overall Jaguar Land Rover quality strategy initiative. The primary responsibility of the Quality Data & Project Analyst is to continuously deliver to the business the quality data analysis and insights it needs to deliver quality improvement plans and achieve quality targets. Key Responsibilities: Continuously improve Customer Survey, Warranty and Roadside data analysis methods Lead and manage JLR Quality related metrics that support the business targets and objectives Support development of improved data analysis methods Liaising with IT on via automation opportunities: Support / lead quality research and data precision improvement activities Leverage both JLR cross-functional and external supplier relationships for data insights, analysis, reporting and continuous improvement Support / lead JLR current model issue prioritisation Support / manage process providing quality insights to all levels of JLR.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Skills Required:
Effective interpersonal, presentation skills when working with all levels of the business Proven team leadership capability with the ability to manage multiple assignments & projects High level of IT literacy Experience of data analysis and statistical techniques Conversant with problem solving techniques such as 8D, Quality Mapping and 6-Sigma methodology Experience of customer data and / or market research Good planning and delivery focused project coordination Familiarity with quality data systems and data structures Knowledge of Access / Business Objects Universe and report generation High drive, self motivated and ability to deliver with minimal supervision Committed, flexible and able to work under pressure Degree in a relevant subject essential Full driving license essential
