The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Position Description:
- Project Engineer - required to work closley with APC, Programme teams, Engineering and PAT leaders to help facilitate the transition to lead-free solder.
- The role will also require the individual to identify parts that do not confirm to the comapny's Restricted Substance Strategy and work with Engineering to identify a route forward.

Skills Required:
- Strong project and time management skills are required, along with a good knowledge of Excel.
- Effective communication skills - both written and verbal.

Skills Preferred:
- High levels of attention to detail, accuracy and concientiousness
- Self motivated & able to work to a high standard with minimal supervision, with a proven ability to work within strict timing constraints.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic , with the ability to multi-task and a willingness to learn.

Experience Required:
- None - Full training given

Experience Preferred:
- Knowledge of IMDS, End of Life Vehicle Directive and REACh.

Education Required:
- Minimum science based A Level qualification

Education Preferred:
- Relevant Materials/Chemistry/Science/Engineering Degree desirable but not essential.
