The Role:
Project Engineer Seating Systems (Body Engineering) responsible for developing ideas to improve component and system quality by collecting and analysing data from customer / dealerships. To run a process of design improvement initiatives and monitor status against set targets.

Skills Required:
- Proven Project management capability
- demonstrated by recent delivery on time & budget.
- Knowledge of Seating Systems Quality background and knowledge of constructing Design FMEA's
- Excellent communications skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
- Experience in use of engineering quality tools and problem resolution tools.
- PC Literacy
- Microsoft Project, Power Point, Excel, Word etc.

Skills Preferred:
Any person supplied should have a valid UK driving licence and meet the medical requirements of company facilities Working knowledge of project delivery processes. Working knowledge of change management processes.

Experience Required:
Successful history of project management delivery

Experience Preferred:
Experience of delivery within the automotive sector useful but not essential

Education Required:
Ideally degree educated
