The Company:
Our client has been engaged in the exploration and production of natural gas in the Netherlands and the North Sea Continental Shelf since 1964. In the Dutch sector of the North Sea, gas is produced from 22 platforms and 3 subsea production installations. Most of the platforms are unmanned and remotely operated; four have gas treatment facilities.

The Role:
Purpose of the role:
- Ensure the Quality of the project, planning and progress is in accordance with the SOW and schedules.
- Responsible for the quality of all engineering documents and the timely delivery of all engineering documents
- Maintain excellent Project and COMPANY interfaces with ECD Project Engineers, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS and CONSTRUCTION activities.
- Responsible for the success of technical reviews and audits within Total


Tasks:
- Completeness of the FEED study works
- Delivery of cost estimate for every project phase (study, basic and detailed engineering)
- Prepare SOW for basic and detailed engineering.
- Follow-up the basic and detailed engineering ensure that all required documents are delivered in time against highest quality standards, in completeness and compliance with COMPANY’s standards and specifications and with good consistency between the documents
- Responsible for the implementation of the planning and the progress monitoring in engineering.
- Follow-up in a timely manner of all comments generated during the review loops and return the comments in time.
- Ensure that all engineering scope of work documents for the CONTRACTOR and SUPPLIER, including its Subcontractors/vendors and other engineering associates are complete, without duplication and identify and control all interfaces in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the Long Lead Items are defined and delivered in time.
- Ensure that proper inspection and test plans are developed for all equipment and bulk items.
- Provide timely, complete and consistently all input required for the procurement phase. I.e. proper MTO’s for bulk items, such as structural steel, piping, cables, etc. and proper data sheets, inspection & test plans for equipment items.
- Responsible for timely completion of all the steps in project dossiers throughout the engineering phase.
- Ensure that all certification procedures and documentation is timely and in place.
- Ensure the authority requirements are followed up and fulfilled (PED, ATEX, etc.) and all required documents are delivered in ti,e
- Ensure all safety studies are performed (HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, Risk Assessments, etc. ) and follow up and close out of all action points.
- Provide timely all input required for weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports.
- Organize External Technical meetings with CONTRACTOR and SUPPLIERS when required and attend (bi-)weekly project meetings.
- Technical interface with COMPANY related technical departments and associated department lead engineers

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Completed education on: Engineering Msc/ Bsc
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Coordination
- Broadbase knowledge of all disciplines Process, Piping/Mech, E&I, Structural

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Offshore experience with Survival and Medical certification is preferable
