The Role:
Building Services Project Engineer.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Mechanical and electrical engineering for buildings and infrastructure. Safety - Understand roles and responsibilities of CDM2007, Risk assessment, Method Statement review. Understand the construction process/Project Management. Business skills - managing contracts, negotiation, controlling budgets & schedules. Communication skills - coordination/liaison. Problem solving skills - analyze options/innovations, planning, risk management. Information technology skills. AutoCAD, Excel, Word and MS Project are essential
Several years experience of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering for buildings and infrastructure (including Tridium based Building Management Systems, installation of Notifier Fire Alarm systems, heating & ventilation systems, air conditioning, pumps and pipework/plumbing services, sprinkler protection systems, etc.) Knowledge and understanding of electrical installations and control systems.
