The Role:
To lead a multi-disciplinary engineering and design team on a portfolio of small, medium and large brownfield projects.

* Ensure Engineering alignment across all key interfaces including the client, Construction Contractor, suppliers, sub-contractors and other relevant 3rd parties
* Champion for the client's OneWay™ with particular attention towards Element 6 – Engineering
* Plan, control and deliver Engineering in accordance with the client’s strategies/standards and individual project requirements bridged with the client’s Enterprise Management System (EMS) and the client's Project Management Process (WPMP) for:
o Project Definition
o Project Planning & Workshare
o Information Management and Confidentiality Agreements
o Engineering Execution
o Engineering Support for Procurement
o Design Changes
o Verification and Approval (including but not limited to Design Reviews and Technical Peer Reviews)
o Support to Site (Construction/Installation)
o Turnover to Operations
o Project Closeout
* Develop, maintain and ensure compliance with Project Engineering (SEAL) Plans across all projects in accordance with Location Technical Stewardship Plan (MEP-0023)
* Nomination, approval and performance management and development of Engineering resources across all projects through close collaboration with Portfolio Manager, Project Managers, Discipline Department Managers, Manager of Engineering, People Director and the client’s Contract / Engineering Manager
* Individual and engineering team succession planning

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* BA/BS degree in relevant Engineering discipline
* A minimum of 10 years industry experience, including typically 5 years of LNG experience in a project engineering, supervisory and/or project management capacity
* Engineering Design and Execution experience
* Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* High level of customer focus
* Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering delivery
* Detailed knowledge of the application of relevant EMS Engineering processes
* Proven abilities in leading multidiscipline activities
* Strong understanding of multi-discipline engineering
* Understanding of the Engineering Design Systems used on projects
* Understanding of the standard client Delivery Systems
