The Role:
• Contribute to Company Policy, Strategy, Objectives and Plans at a corporate level.
• Develop, review and monitor the HSEQ Plan and relevant objectives
• Provide positive leadership and promote best practice.
• Promote HSEQ awareness amongst all Stakeholders.
• Running the project risk management process, identifying areas of risk and developing risk reducing measures
• Developing and delivering accurate and timely HSE reporting to meet Company and customer requirements.
• Maintain required HSEQ System documentation in accordance with Ocean Installers and Customers requirements.
• Assess the HSEQ systems of subcontractors and co-ordinate follow-up of these systems during the performance of subcontractor's work.
• Liaise with the Customers HSEQ personnel and provide necessary Contractual documentation, reports and information requested by the Contract.
• Participate in general audits and co-ordinate Project auditing activities, both internal and external
• Use the Synergy software database for management of HSEQ incidents
• Risk management
• Support to Asset Management Group
• Emergency response and notification
• Maintain the reporting / notification system (Synergy)
• Assist in developing KPI’s

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 2 years of relevant experience or complimentary abilities
• Master Degree or similar education of equal duration
• English
• Norwegian
